Group Exercise Classes

  • Classes will take place either on the midtown campus, in Berkshire Hall Studio A or on Westside in the Colonial Fitness Zone Studio (locations noted on schedule below) 
  • No Experience necessary
  • Yoga mats are available
  • Open to ALL current WestConn students, faculty & staff, free of charge
  • Try our new group fitness card. Punch in at 10 sessions and redeem for a prize!
